The reality of safety & self-defence is that you don't need to be a finely tuned martial arts expert or award winning sports person. In today’s world, knowledge is power. Being aware of and practicing good personal and environmental awareness, coupled with simple - yet effective - self-defence technique is essential in feeling & being safer.

 

Improving your awareness and understanding of basic self-defence skills can help you avoid danger, prevent possible conflictual situations from escalating, and protect yourself from harm. Our seminars & courses are created to increase confidence whilst enhancing mental and physical skills to help cope with challenges and crisis as well as prevent, anticipate, and avoid risk of danger or confrontation. We combine practical theory with interactive exercises to introduce you to skills created to be easy to use - and to remember. We focus on a break & run policy, to break away from danger quickly & run to safety.

 

We can’t change or control the world you live in, but we can help you choose to be safer, and be better prepared should you ever need to be.
